BENEFITS OF VIBRATORY BOWLS
Vibratory deburring machines are used for removing burrs and sharp edges from metal parts. They’re also useful for polishing and smoothing in industries such as jewelry making and woodworking.

LONG RADIUS BOWLS (LR Series)
In order to keep up with industry trends and meet customer needs, ALMCO has developed the Long Radius (LR) vibratory bowl series. These bowls are best for finishing long or narrow parts due to their larger working channel which allows parts to be spaced further apart.
Batch processing options are built right in. These machines are great for through-feed operation, where the part is loaded near your discharge screen and unloaded after making one pass around it.
SPIRAL BOTTOM BOWL (SBB Series)
The new SBB Series is a round bowl finishing machine with an innovative spiral bottom design. The large open area below the screen allows for easier part travel during batch processing, while also decreasing any final inclines that may be present on discharge units.
This vibratory deburring machine features an efficient processing chamber with continuous retention baffles that allow for effective part removal. The internal screening section of these filters is long and includes a media separator screen where waste enters but doesn’t get stuck during discharge cycles, so it can fall back into your bowl.
ORIGINAL ROUND BOWLS (OR Series)
The OR Series is the only series in ALMCO’s product line that can be fitted with dividers. These compartments provide spaces for individual parts handling, preventing contact between two specific items and eliminating fixtures needed when multitasking. The original round bowl series provides you more than just one storage option, since we manufacture several different shapes to meet your needs.
The constant spray system and rotating design of the bowl ensures that parts are always immersed in mass, giving a gentle or aggressive deburring action depending on your preference.
