Perfect Solution for Batch Cleaning
The Rotary Top-load Washers (RTW Series) are similar to ALMCO’s Rotary Cabinet Washers, but instead of utilizing a front swing door to load parts, they feature a lift-up lid on top of the machine. These machines have several optional configurations and can be equipped with a powered lid for automation with a robotic loading system.
These versatile parts washers come in several standard sizes to fit any project. They are the perfect solution for your batch cleaning needs and can also be incorporated into manufacturing work cells.
How It Works
Parts are placed directly onto the stainless steel turntable or fixture from overhead. Press the start button to begin the wash cycle where the turntable begins to rotate, exposing all parts sides to the spray nozzle for a 360-degree wash. A process timer is activated to ensure correct wash cycle time.
