CFCA SERIES
This series is the same as the CFT Series and finishes parts primarily through the movement of the spindle. In the CFCA Series, the spindle oscillates back and forth, similar to the movement of a washing machine with an agitator.
Once the part is placed or fixtured to the spindle, the spindle is lowered into the vibrating tub of abrasive media and processing liquid. The part then oscillates very quickly through an arc of 79-degrees in the vibrating tub of media in one direction and then stops and switches directions continuously. The oscillation allows the abrasive slurry to access valleys that would be difficult to reach with the CFT Series.
Equipment Movement:
