Members of the ALMCO team recently exhibited at the SHOT Show Supplier Showcase in Las Vegas, NV. The Supplier Showcase is a 2-day event that runs during the SHOT Show tradeshow – “the nation’s largest professional event for the sport shooting, hunting and outdoor industry.”
The 2-day Supplier Showcase is dedicated to suppliers and manufacturers looking to connect with those within the shooting, hunting, and outdoor industries. This year’s show was great exposure and had a healthy mix of attendees. Our team saw a lot of current customers, distributors, and new potential customers. “We’ve been active in the industry for many years and this show continues to show us that there is a strong demand for our finishing products, whether it be washing or vibratory equipment,” stated Jordan Loehr, ALMCO National Sales Manager.
Some of the most common finishing and washing equipment for this industry tends to be our vibratory bowls and tubs, as well as our drum washer and dryer systems. Vibratory bowls and tubs are great for part-on-part applications (such as shell casings), and for applications where part impingement is a concern (such as hand guards). Drum washer and dryer systems are typically used for higher production applications.
Overall, our team had a successful trip to Las Vegas, and we’re looking forward to seeing what new opportunities this show will bring.
