Cost-Effective Front Load Cabinet
The Stationary Front Load Washer (SFW Series) is ALMCO’s most cost-effective industrial parts washer. The SFW’s cellular design and small footprint is ideal for small-cell applications and ideal for washing chips and coolants from parts immediately after cutting, milling, and other machining processes. This machine features a spring assisted door on the front of the machine.
How It Works
The SFW is loaded and unloaded via a vertically sliding door. Parts are loaded into a standard basket, placed on the staging tray, then slid into the spray cabinet. The washer features 11 adjustable spray nozzles located above the parts and 9 nozzles below, exposing all part surfaces to the washing solution.
